Do you provide plans for HOA approval?

Yes. Our design service produces two 24″ x 36″ scaled color plans ready for ARC submission. Our plans have a 98% approval rate on first review with HOA and ARC boards.

What is included in a landscape plan?

Hardscape area square footage, accurate material totals, plant species, size and location, plus elements such as drainage, low-voltage lighting, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and fire and water features.

Are you licensed and certified?

Live Aloha is licensed, insured and locally owned. We are a Belgard Authorized Contractor, certified by the ICPI, and our designers are Master Gardener certified.

Can the project be phased over time?

Absolutely. Planning gives you the opportunity to schedule and implement the project over a period of time that suits your budget.
